After almost four years at Luisa
and after ages that I want and need a coat, I made a selection online, went to the store twice and ended up buying two coats
! The shopping experience was amazing, the shop assistants and the store manager were incredibly nice and since I wanted to change the bottons of the Vivienne's coat they even went around with me to find them!
